A local business was part of a group. The owners sold the group and the purchasers decided to close the local site. The purchasers were unwilling to discuss continuing the business so when the site closed we were appointed by the outgoing management to assist them in setting up a new business.
We put together a detailed business plan and were able to obtain funding from various sources to enable the management to resurrect the business and recover much of the local customs.
